Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were nice and functional, although they could have been cleaner considering the 5-star standard. The service I received was amazing and very friendly, from the moment I arrived until checkout. The location was quite good with easy access to the Yangtze River and other scenic sites, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The facilities at the hotel were satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and included all the travel amenities I needed. The dining options were ample, although the quality was average. The service was fantastic, with incredibly attentive and helpful staff. The location was ideal, along the Yangtze River, making it easily accessible to other scenic sites. The facilities were top-notch, offering a great overall experience.
Upgrading from a deluxe city view room to a 'real' river view room was very nice, although the temperature maintained at 23.5°C was a bit stifling. The service, reminiscent of cooking for Royalty, was amazing and extremely friendly. The location with a Yangtze River view was ideal and easily accessible, highlighted by thoughtful instructions from Manager James. The dining options, offering a great variety of Chinese and Western cuisine, were impressive, while the facilities were top-notch.
Moving up to an executive river view room from a deluxe city view room was a great choice. The room was spacious with high ceilings, featuring two double beds big enough to accommodate two adults and two kids comfortably. The breakfast had a wide selection, although the omelette was a bit disappointing due to being dry. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making the stay very pleasant.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were nice and spacious with high ceilings, unfortunately, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the temperature was uncomfortably warm. The service, on the other hand, was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to address any issues promptly. The location was convenient, offering a beautiful view of the Yangtze River and easy access to key attractions in Wuhan. However, the dining options left much to be desired, with limited tables and subpar food quality.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the nice and functional rooms despite the temperature being a bit warm at 23.5C. Although my room didn't have a river view as expected, it still faced the neighbor buildings, but the hotel had a nice Yangtze River view overall. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to address any issues. However, the dining experience was lacking in quality, with limited options and poor service. The location was convenient along the Yangtze river but lacked proximity to major shopping centers and eateries. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price was fair for the amenities provided.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms, though lacking a river view, were comfortable and nicely functional. The omelette at breakfast was a bit dry, which was a small disappointment, but overall, the room was spacious and offered a wide selection. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful Yangtze River view and convenient access to key attractions. The dining experience was top-notch, offering an excellent range of healthy options. The facilities were great, making my stay enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a nice retreat with spacious rooms that had high ceilings and two large double beds, perfect for a family with kids. The air conditioning worked well, and the river view from the room was stunning. However, the hotel seems a bit compact, and the dining experience was average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the Yangtze River, but they were not as clean as I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service provided was top-notch, with staff being incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with easy access to scenic sites, though cleanliness standards were lacking. The dining options were good, but some improvements could be made to enhance the experience. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service and views, overshadowed slightly by cleanliness concerns and dining limitations.
I had a nice retreat to an executive river view room from a deluxe city view room. The room had nice views, although it didn't actually have a river view; instead, it faced the neighboring buildings, with the river view just at the corner. The service was amazing and very friendly, from the moment I arrived to ordering room service, checkout, and even when I complained about something. The location had a very good Yangtze River view, was convenient for getting around, and Manager James provided lots of instructions about Wuhan and the surrounding area. The dining experience was poor with too few tables, uncleared plates, low food quality, and overall, dining was not satisfactory at this hotel.
